At times we can all feel confused, unhappy, stressed and alone with what is happening in our lives. We may feel that we have no one to talk things through with or feel that no one will understand. Counselling and Psychotherapy can be beneficial as it provides a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to explore problems, reflect and gain insight for your life whilst receiving support to alleviate distress.

If we decide to make an agreement for further sessions after the assessment session, we will discuss fees, holidays, cancellations and absences as well as answer any other questions you might have.

There is no limit to the number of sessions you can have. You can have as few or many as you wish. Some people prefer to keep their session’s time limited in which they may have 6-8 focused sessions related to a specific issue. Others prefer to have open-ended sessions where they will continue having Counselling and Psychotherapy for as long as it remains beneficial and supportive; open-ended sessions can vary from lasting 6 months and up to 2 years or more. We can discuss this together at the beginning of our sessions.
